4. Service Access

Admissionly is free for parents and guardians. All features including school admission tracking, class discovery, reviews, trial booking, expense tracking, and document management are available at no cost.

Users are strongly advised to:

• Cross-check all critical information through the official school website (links provided in the app)
• Contact schools directly for verification of dates, fees, and requirements
• Not rely solely on Admissionly for admission decisions
• Submit applications well before deadlines to account for any discrepancies

Admissionly serves as a tracking and reminder tool to help organize your admission journey. It is not a substitute for direct communication with schools. We do not guarantee admission to any school and are not responsible for missed deadlines or unsuccessful applications.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account with others or create multiple accounts
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Upload malicious files or content
• Scrape or copy data from the Service
• Interfere with the Service's operation

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Admissionly and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

You retain ownership of any documents or content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it to you as part of the Service.
